The jury is appointed for the 'Saint-Gobain Cristalería/Arquitectura en Vidrio 2016’ awards

Saint-Gobain Building has invited personalities from the world of architecture and the construction sector to be part of the jury of the third edition of the 'Saint-Gobain Cristaleria/Citav de Arquitectura en Vidrio 2016', awards it has organised again this year.

The members of the jury are:

  • Jordi Ludevid i Anglada – President of the Higher Council of Associations of Architects in Spain (CSCAE).
  • Joao Santa-Rita – President of Ordem dos Arquitectos de Portugal.
  • Luis Fernández-Galiano – Architect and Professor of Projects at the Superior Technical School of Architecture (UPM).
  • Artur Mexia –Applied Technology Director South Europe SAPA.
  • Ignacio Fernández Solla – Architect and Specialist in Façades ARUP.
  • Rui Matias – Head of Marketing Saint-Gobain Building Glass Portugal.
  • Eduardo De Ramos Vilariño – Director CITAV Saint-Gobain Building Glass Spain.

The deadline for entering projects is 30 October. There are three categories: best project, best façade and best glass solution.

Each category has a €2,000 prize and winners also receive a diploma and a commemorative plaque to install in the winning building.

Saint-Gobain Cristalería organises this competition with the support from the Higher Council of Associations of Architects in Spain (CSCAE) and theOrdem dos Arquitectos of Portugal.
